What I have recently learned

If you have a filling that needs to be refilled, and it happens to be on the very back most upper right tooth, they will most likely give you Novocain (so you can't eat or let alone speak right for the entire afternoon). It won’t hurt too badly and the whole dental visit won’t last too long, but it MAY numb the entire right side of your face, up to and including your eye. Then you might have a mini-panic attack fearing that your face will be stuck like this for your wedding day.

If you put on a cute dress and snap a picture of it to send to your fiance to remind him that this was the dress you were wearing when you met just to document, your dog MAY think you’re an idiot and ask you what you’re doing.

If you find a great deal on Groupon like I did, a 12-pack of racerback tank tops for uber cheap, your fiancé MAY think you have a tanktop problem when you squeal with delight as he brings the package inside after checking the mailbox.

If you’re obsessed like monograms and you check out this site, you MAY feel tempted to change your iPhone lock screen every day.

If you go to Publix and find they have awesomely perfectly round big ol’ pumpkins for sale you’ll probably buy one to put on the fireplace to make your home feel fall festive.

But you MAY forget that your dog, likeyou, has a fond taste of all things pumpkin and may take a little nibble. And by little nibble, eat the pumpkin like an apple.

Also, don't you like how my first reaction to bad news is that Bo ate something?

Dear What-I-Want-Wednesday,

First, check out this scarf I made for my Bestie!  She's a big Saints fan so when I saw this fabric I knew she had to have it.
Who Dat?!
I want to sew a couple more scarves before I graduate to maxi skirts! SO excited... can't get enough of browsing fabrics online... Anyone have any fabric sites they like best? Or any simple/easy cute patterns of something I might actually wear?

So, for What I Need Want Wednesday, in no particular order...

Monogram earrings from KetiSorelyDesigns

A wooden "Florida State" from StateYourTeam

Faux Fur Scarf - Minky Infinity Scarf from CirclesofSoftness

Large Seven Inch Cedar Slices from woodshed because I have a project in mind...
I want to carve our pumpkin!!!

And a Yankee Candle Car Jar Ultimate Spiced Pumpkin,
because I just got the Baby so shiny and clean yesterday!

Dear Maybook,

You have finally arrived and you are everything I dreamed you would be!
I am currently filling you up with this week’s bogo list from Publix… And I also just bought you a sister (a weekly planner) so that you can be matching, beautiful, books with lists together.

Dear statement pieces & Buffalo Chicken Flatbread,

I just wanted to share some of the 'statement pieces' I've rocked out this week... 'Statement pieces' seem to be all the rage this fall season and I wanted to join in on the fun!

Just a simple hair bow dresses up my 'do
My new monogram necklace from McLaughlinCreations on etsy
my chevron shoes from Forever21

So last weekend, boyfriend and I had pizza almost everyday... To which I said "This is great, I could eat pizza everyday of my life!" And he said "I never want pizza again. We're not having it for 2 weeks." Wah waaah..... Wlep, last night I wanted pizza. So I asked for permission to make Buffalo Chicken Flatbread to fool him... He agreed, he ain't dumb, he knew I what game I was playing... So here is my recipe for the flatbread/pizza buffalo chicken style...

Buffalo Chicken Flatbread/Pizza
Ingrediants
3 chicken fingers chopped up (mine were from the Publix deli)
3 tablespoons melted butter
2 cups shredded mozzerella
1/2 cup gorganzola cheese
1 cup Franks Buffalo Hot Sauce, divided
1/4 cup your favorite pasta sauce
1 pillsbury 'thin crust' pizza dough (over by the bisquits)

Directions
  1. Cook the dough according the the directions (5 min in the over before you add your toppings)
  2. While the dough is pre-baking, mix your chopped chicken, butter, and enough hot sauce to coat
  3. Mix your pasta sauce and the rest of the hotsauce in a seperate bowl
  4. Once your dough is done pre-baking, layer sauce (as much or as little as you like, I did little), mozzerella cheese, chicken, and gorganzolla cheese.
  5. Bake, slice, chow!

Very truly yours, A. Bean

Dear monograms,

Happy happy Friday everybody!!

Do the Friday dance and eat some donuts!

I am so pumped for this weekend...
Tonight me and Boyfriend are going to relax, probably eat something delicious and lazy around.

Be prepared for a spectauler weekend recap on Monday!

So let's talk about my newest obsession: Monograms. Thanks to Etsy and a local shop, Loli and the Bean, I have been able to fuel the fire of my obsession...

I bought some monogram stickers for my pink rainboots...

Monograms from Etsy shop LULUandBMonograms and my pink rain boots are Crocs.

And my favorite monogram purchase so far has been from Loli and the Bean...
My garnet and gold boyfriend shirt! I just can't wait to bust it out with some skinny jeans and boots for a cooler FSU gameday!!
